We are driven by AUTHENTICITY, COMMUNITY and EXCELLENCE.
We celebrate, develop and represent the freshest talent from London and the excellence & vibrancy within young Black Cultures. Our community - founded by Turner and led by the collective (most age 16-20) - celebrate and champion each other. In addition to developing our own films, music and fashion, we develop and represent talent at a range of stages from in school to launching creative careers, supporting with their creative, business and brand development.
We don’t just reflect the culture - WE ARE THE CULTURE.
We - through our young talent - aim to be a leading voice in Black creative excellence. We want to reclaim the culture and its vibrant potential.
We want to challenge our creatives to transform the narrative - to share, shape and lead their own stories that can transform perspectives.
